SOUVENIRS

Hi readers!

I woke up with a lot of energy. I was feeling better although not a hundred percent perfect. I went to Tibble and only Sabela and I came on time. We practiced for our Swedish test next week with Katarina. It went pretty well even she had to kick s out of the class because we were very focused.

English 5 was good too. We worked translating an article about El Chapo and then we went to have lunch. The cantine is already decorated with ''God Jul''; Merry Christmas''. We went to English 6 and we also worked preparing the test for next week. After classes, we wanted to go to Stockholm but we had to go to MArina's house because she left her bus card there, and without that, you can't do anything, when we got there she also forgot her keys and her house is like armored so it was a labyrinth to get into. Once on the bu,s we were able to charge our phones. 

We went to Stockholm to buy souvenirs for our friends and family. It was a horrible evening because of the weather. Although that Marina and I found a freak store that was AMAZING. Victor had to take Marina out of the store because he was starving.

We returned really early to Täby. We were for a while in Täby Centrum and when I was going to take the bus I missed it. I had to wait for half an hour and then I went home. At home, I had dinner with Maria and Mikael because Mikaela left for dinner with some friends. We talked a lot and they showed me something that they use on an emergency in a frozen lake.

Since the ice skating my knee hurts so I'm getting tired easily. Also, I have to start preparing the suitcase and I didn't want to.

SWEDISH GIANTS

Hi readers! To be quick, the morning has been the same for three days so let's go directly to the way to my first and only lesson, Mikael took me to Tibble and we had our second Swedish Express class, I learnt some parts of the body in Swedish and also how to say: ''I have a headache'','' my face is frozen'', being productive every single time.  We had P.E but only Marina, Sabela and me because Victor missed the bus and couldn't make it. We had basketball and I had so much fun. I really enjoy P.E classes and dancing here. I met a very nice girl who is red-haired and we had to be in an activity together. Fernando is a great teacher, he explains everything to us in English and also tries to make the Swedish students be friendly with us. He made teams and at first, my team didn't pass me the ball but Fernando started to play with us and he passed me the ball and I scored like 4 times. So after he left us my team started to pass me t

ORIENTEERING

Hi readers! Another day here. Today I had to wake up early because I had to be at Tibble at 8:30 again to go to orienteering, which is basically run in the forest looking for points. Well at breakfast I thought I would be alone but I was wrong because today I had Mikael's company and day by day I'm understanding him better so my English is improving.  I prepared everything and took the bus. When we were all together at Tibble we took another bus to go to the forest next to the lake I went on Sunday (First day). So we waited there for our maps. It appeared that Swedish students had to do it for P.E. class and we didn't so we got lost very fast just in the beginning. When one said to the left other said to the right and at one point I decided not to participate in the arguments and just follow who I wanted. But it was really fun although we ended up running to get the bus and I felt really tired by the end. When we arrived at T.G again we said goodbye to our Engl

BEGINNING OF SOMETHING

Hi, I'm Lucy. If you are reading this please be welcome to my diary blog, I'm writing here with the purpose of sharing my experience in Sweden with you. I have been selected to spend 2 months in Täby, Sweden for an Erasmus+. And if you don't know what an Erasmus+ is, well I was about to explain it to you. Erasmus + was created with the intention of making bonds between different cultures. So If you understand someone's culture and way of living, you will also understand their behavior and you two wouldn't be in a conflict. So some people thought that the best way to get to know new cultures is traveling, and they created the Erasmus programme. Lots of people from the beginning until now have traveled and experienced new places, new ways of life and gain practice bonding with other communities. Letting many people take advantage of an opportunity like mine.
