FIRST ENGLISH LESSON
Hi readers!
Monday again. The beginning of my second week here. It's been a very casual day. I say casual but referring to a Swedish person of course, for me, this isn't normal at all. So I woke up at a perfect hour, 7:30 sharp. I had breakfast with Maria and waited for the time to take my bus. I decided to be three hours before my class today because my mates wanted help and company so I haven't any problem on going there because I really like being at Tibble.
But today wasn't my day really, I left; my water, my watch, some really important papers from Maria and the worst of all the window open! So yeah I realized of all by the time I got to the bus stop and it was too late to go back for anything. But thanks god Maria closed the window and the other stuff wasn't so important.
At Tibble I lived a nightmare, there were so many people a lot more than the other week so Mikaela was right and I was terrified because I felt like an ant between giants. I waited for Victor and accompanied him to his class. Then Sabela asked for my help to get to her French class so I also acompained her and then stayed with her. It resulted that I remember a lot from my two years of French, so I understood everything there. But I'm not going back to French. Victor finished his lesson while I was with Sabela in class so he started to make calls to my phone, so I went out and met with Victor to have lunch together.
Another nightmare, the lunch I really can't say that was food. It was disgusting but I guess I was hungry because I didn't leave a bit. After that, we all met to go to the English class together.
Our English teacher of today was Serena, a girl from Canaria Island, Spain. She was very nice from the very first minute and make games to make the Swedish known us better. The class was all boys and only one girl, that scared me at first but it was nice at the end.
We wrote our names in a paper and stuck it in our clothes. We made groups and the teacher asked us questions about ourselves. Then she told us to make groups of five Swedish students and one from Spain, and then there it was my opportunity to make friends and practice my English. It was the best way to know people I've ever tried. I met very nice guys and I just tell you what I remember from some of them. One wants to be a swimmer, another a musician and meet Eric Clapton, another wanted to know a criminal master and had shot a gun (it was the same crazy guy), there was another one that wants to design cars and that one was very shy. I only remember two names: Andrés and Anton. So If I see them again I will ask again their names.
We listened to one of my auditions and I watched Mikaela singing a few years ago, but she still sang pretty. So that was my day.
Thanks for reading and for the song of the day I'm going to share a new one I heard yesterday on our way to Drottningholm.
