SWEDISH PICNIC
Hi readers!
Wow, two blog entries today! Let's begin. Today I woke up early for being Saturday, I couldn't sleep more because I was starving so I went into the kitchen and ate eggs with bacon, strong breakfast. The morning was housework; washing clothes and vacuuming the floor and cleaning the furniture. When I was done I planned somethings for the week to do with my partners like going to museums and seeing the prices if they are not too expensive. I talked with them to make some plans for the evening and we decided to go for a picnic near Tim's house. We had lunch and it was all the food that was left over the week and it was more than enough, and I tried a strange drink that is only sold on special dates as Christmas, it smelled awful but it tasted really good.
Maria made an apple pie and I took some hamburgers, plates, cups, and bread. Maria helped me to organize everything and then Frida picked me up in the car and took; Marina, Sabela and me to the lake with Victor and Tim. Once we were there we ate sausages, hamburgers, and marshmallows. We took lots of photos because the views were amazing. When we were eating some people arrived and Sabela said that they were speaking Spanish and we greeted them in Spanish and they told us they were from Cadiz, it was so great to see someone from Spain that I explode with happiness. They told us that they were visiting a son that had become a father soon.
After the meeting with the Spanish people we played cards as always and then something happened. Victor told us that he wanted to watch the lake and suddenly we hear a screaming and then Victor was on the floor wet because we felt into the lake. We all started to laugh loudly and he had to go home to change.
So when we were leaving we could see the sunset from the car on our way to home. It looked painted on the sky, just perfect. I arrived home at 18:00 more a less. Mikaela was preparing things for dinner because a friend of her that I met yesterday, Alice, was coming for dinner and studying together. We prepared fajitas. Alice cooked the chicken and Mikaela and me prepared the rest of the meal.
They were delicious and when we were finished I had a shower and let them study quietly. So right now I'm in my room listening to music and chilling because now I'm realizing how exhausted I am after this first week in Sweden. Because my friends it had been a week since I arrived here and I can't say less than PERFECT.
I will keep enjoying this adventure with all of you and of course sharing good music like this one I'm listening while I'm writing this.
