YESTERDAY

Hi readers!
Yesterday, now it seems very far away. Well, I say that because it was a long day. I woke up later than other days because I was going to go to school with Mikaela for the first time! I was very excited about having company on my way to Tibble. So she usually takes a different bus from the one I've been taking these firsts days so now I know one more that goes to the school. We talked during our way to the school about my first week and also some shopping.

At the school, we asked like for the fifth time when I will be able to play the saxophone here but again anyone had an answer for me. We waited for the rest of our mates and went into the classroom to watch a film. We saw many differences between Sweden and Spain there; teenagers don't carry their bags, they stand up whenever they want without asking for permission and they do what they want. So I had to ask why is everything like that here, and they told me that they don't say anything because if you do something wrong knowing that is no right you are the responsible for your acts and that how you learn the consequences of them. So here anyone is going to say to you: don't do that because you already know that you can't do that.

Moving on, the film was quite interesting and also good for practicing English. It was ''Shakespeare in love''. It appears they have a test about Shakespeare next week. Our only plan for the morning was the film so at 11:30  we were done. We ate and planned the evening with Mikaela and Tim.

We went to another part of Stockholm which was very posher and we stayed there for 3 hours. There we went into a boat and saw the amusement park which was closed three weeks ago. We took photos in front of the Abba's museum and went to Vasa museum that was free for people below 18. There was a huge boat that represented the actual museum and I found it interesting but everyone was so tired for all the week that we left very early. Then we had a little meal at Espresso house, again very expensive.

We returned to Täby centrum to meet Tim at the Esplanad and after a few hands of cards Mikaela was sleeping and we went home. Once at home I thought I would be able to watch Netflix and chill because I was exhausted but Mikaela came to my room with a plan: a party on one of her friend's house. I accepted because I want to meet people here and have good memories. I would never regret going there. At first, I was very anxious but after dinner with the family that was meat and chips, I know; perfect dinner, Mikaela put on me some makeup and when we arrived there everyone was SO NICE and welcoming that I felt relief and thankful for being invited. I met so many friends of Mikaela and they tried to talk a little Spanish but I mostly spoke in English with them. There was music and everybody talking and laughing. I have realized that once you meet Swedish people they are wonderful.

At 0:00 we came back home because we were very tired both of us, before going bed we ate something and then took off my makeup and fell asleep soon.

It was my first party, and it couldn't be better.

This was a song I discovered yesterday there:

Thanks for reading!! I'll leave some photos here from yesterday.
