ESPLANAD

Hi readers!

Today was a pretty ''normal'' day. I got up early and starving because I had dinner at 18:00 and it was like 6:00 but in the morning so I really needed some food. I came into the kitchen and it was all already set for me. I had breakfast and then made myself a sandwich for the evening.

I took the bus earlier today because I had to be at the school at 8:30 and I got there at 8:10 because it was very punctual. So I checked my phone while I was waiting for mine partners. After the waiting we went to took a photo to make our Id for the school, with them we can have lunch at T.G.

We had our first Swedish class today. We learned some phrases and words but If you ask me I think the worst is the pronunciation because is totally different from the writing. We will keep learning and practicing these two months.

Moving on, when we were finished at the Swedish class we had lunch, and today it was wonderful. We had meatloaf, little potatoes, and fish. My partners pranked me because we all eat together and we take turns to go for the water or some bread. So they went today for the water and I stayed at the table and when they came to me my glass of water had these little bubbles, and they told me that it was from the machine, but when I proved it was awful, and they did that because they know I hate the soda here. Maybe the only thing I really hate from here.

After lunch, we had another spare hour until the play: Big Wheel. We went to the same mall as yesterday but we were so bored that Frida introduced us into an amazing place called the Esplanad. This place is for teenagers and it has 2 music studios, 2 big halls for cinema, dance, listening or playing music and tables and couches to be with your friends. It is like a place for relaxing in the middle of the city, where you are warm, stuff is cheaper and the staff is really nice. So we thought it was a great idea to know a place like that where we have free Wi-fi and work altogether in our school projects.

Then we went back to Tibble and attended the play. It was about knowing Shakespeare and learn from him in a fun way. I have discovered with this play that Swedish people have a lot of sense of humor and they really enjoy taking part in any kind of activities.

At the evening, we returned to the Esplanad and stayed there playing cards, listening to music and chatting with a friend of Tim who was really cool by the way.

Everyone left early to their houses. When I arrived I talked with Maria and a few minutes later Mikael came and we had dinner that today was chicken with rice. We talked about Swedish and how hard it is. Maria left for a tennis match and Mikael and I wished her good luck.

I will leave you some photos of the Esplanad studio. I think it will be a very daily place for us.

Bye and thanks for reading!

The song of the day was this :)
